समः समासनो भूत्वा संहृत्य चरणावुभौ । संवृतास्यस्तथैवोरू सम्यग्विष्टभ्य चाग्रतः ॥
samaḥ samāsano bhūtvā saṃhṛtya caraṇāv ubhau | saṃvṛtāsyaḥ tathaivorū samyag viṣṭabhya cāgrataḥ ||
令坐姿平正而安稳,收摄双足;闭口不语,并使两股安置得当,有所支撑,置于前方而合于正直之列。
