पाण्डवपरिचयः—विराटसभायां प्रकाशनम्

Identification of the Pāṇḍavas in Virāṭa’s Court

तद्‌ भीष्मवाक्यं हितमीक्ष्य सर्वे धनंजयाग्निं च विवर्धमानम्‌ | निवर्तनायैव मनो निदध्यु- दुर्योधनं ते परिरक्षमाणा:

tad bhīṣmavākyaṃ hitam īkṣya sarve dhanañjayāgniṃ ca vivardhamānam | nivartanāyaiva mano nidadhyur duryodhanaṃ te parirakṣamāṇāḥ ||

毗湿摩波耶那说:众人见毗湿摩之言确为良策,又明白若执意鏖战,檀那阇耶(阿周那)之火只会愈燃愈烈,遂一心只念撤退。为护杜尤陀那,他们决意回转,返回本国——以谨慎取代那只会助长毁灭的战争。
