ब्रह्मणा तत्र सरसि यूपश्रेष्ठ: समुच्छित: । यूपं प्रदक्षिणं कृत्वा वाजपेयफलं लभेत्,ब्रह्माजीने उस सरोवरमें एक श्रेष्ठ यूपकी स्थापना की थी। उसकी परिक्रमा करनेसे मानव वाजपेययज्ञका फल पा लेता है
brahmaṇā tatra sarasi yūpaśreṣṭhaḥ samucchritaḥ | yūpaṃ pradakṣiṇaṃ kṛtvā vājapeyaphalaṃ labhet |
古拉斯提亚说道：“在那里，在那座湖中，梵天（Brahmā）立起了一根最殊胜的祭柱（yūpa）。若以恭敬之心绕行此祭柱作右绕礼（pradakṣiṇā），便能获得等同于婆阇佩耶祭（Vājapeya）的功德。”
