हि >> आय न () हि 7 आय सप्तसप्ततितमो<ध्याय: नलके प्रकट होनेपर विदर्भनगरमें महान् उत्सवका आयोजन, 3453? (के पर्णके साथ नलका वार्तालाप और ऋतुपर्णका अश्वविद्या सीखकर अयोध्या जाना बृहृदश्च उवाच अथ तां व्युषितो रात्रिं नलो राजा स्वलंकृतः । वैदर्भ्या सहितः काले ददर्श वसुधाधिपम्,बृहदश्वच मुनि कहते हैं--युधिष्ठि!! तदनन्तर वह रात बीतनेपर राजा नल वस्त्राभूषणोंसे अलंकृत हो दमयन्तीके साथ यथासमय राजा भीमसे मिले
Bṛhadaśva uvāca: atha tāṁ vyuṣito rātriṁ nalo rājā svalankṛtaḥ | vaidarbhyā sahitaḥ kāle dadarśa vasudhādhipam ||
布里哈达湿婆说道:那一夜既过,国王那罗身着自家衣饰、佩戴华美饰物,与毗陀婆之公主(达摩延蒂)同往,于适当之时谒见国土之主(毗摩王)。此景彰显守时而恭敬的举止,并以端肃的仪容与对长上、君王的合礼觐见,昭示正当社会秩序的复归。
बृहृदश्च उवाच
The verse highlights dharmic propriety: acting at the right time (kāla), approaching authority respectfully, and maintaining dignity through appropriate conduct and appearance—especially during moments of reconciliation and social restoration.
After the night passes, Nala, now properly adorned, goes with Damayantī to meet the king of the land—understood in context as King Bhīma of Vidarbha—marking a formal audience and a key step in re-establishing their place within the royal household.
