न मे स्थादपराधो5यं महादेवातिसाहसात् | कृतो मयायमज्ञानाद विमर्दो यस्त्वया सह | शरणं प्रतिपन्नाय तत् क्षमस्वाद्य शंकर
Arjuna uvāca |
na me stād aparādho 'yaṁ mahādevātisāhasāt |
kṛto mayāyam ajñānād vimardo yas tvayā saha |
śaraṇaṁ pratipannāya tat kṣamasvādya śaṅkara ||
阿周那说道：“愿此事不要算作我的罪过——这只是我对大自在天（Mahādeva）的鲁莽逞强。因无明，我才与你发生冲突。如今我已前来归依，愿你今日赦免，噢，商羯罗。”
