ब्राह्मणानुयात्रा—शौनकोपदेशः

Brāhmaṇas Follow into Exile and Śaunaka’s Instruction

ब्राह्मणा ऊचु अस्मत्पोषणजा चिन्ता मा भूत्‌ ते हृदि पार्थिव । स्वयमाह्त्य चान्नानि त्वानुयास्यथामहे वयम्‌,ब्राह्मण बोले--पृथ्वीनाथ! आपके हृदयमें हमारे पालन-पोषणकी चिन्ता नहीं होनी चाहिये। हम स्वयं ही अपने लिये अन्न आदिकी व्यवस्था करके आपके साथ चलेंगे

brāhmaṇā ūcuḥ asmat-poṣaṇa-jā cintā mā bhūt te hṛdi pārthiva | svayam āhṛtya cānnāni tvām anuyāsyathāmahe vayam ||

婆罗门们说道:“大王啊,愿你心中莫为我们的供养而起忧虑。我们自会筹办食物与所需之物,并将随你同行。”
