वायुदेव उवाच दुर्योधनस्य कर्णस्य शकुनेश्न दुरात्मन: । दुःशासनचतुर्थानां भूमि: पास्यति शोणितम्‌,श्रीकृष्णने कहा--राजाओ! जान पड़ता है, यह पृथ्वी दुर्योधन, कर्ण, दुरात्मा शकुनि और चौथे दुःशासन--इन सबके रक्तका पान करेगी

Transliteration

vāyudeva uvāca: duryodhanasya karṇasya śakuneś ca durātmanaḥ | duḥśāsana-caturthānāṃ bhūmiḥ pāsyati śoṇitam ||

Translation

风神婆由提婆说道：“这大地将饮尽杜尤陀那、迦尔那、心性邪恶的沙昆尼，以及以杜沙娑那为首的四兄弟之血。”此言乃阴沉的道德预兆：凡以欺诈、残酷并羞辱正直之人来扶持非正法（adharma）者，终将遭遇惨烈的报应，而国土之地亦将见证其罪行的后果。
