सहदेव–सात्यकि संवादः

Sahadeva and Satyaki on resolve after failed conciliation

वीर! इसी प्रकार अर्जुनने भी जो कुछ कहा है, वह भी आपने सुन ही लिया है। आपका जो अपना मत है, उसे भी आपने अनेक बार प्रकट किया है ।।

vīra! evaṃvidham arjunena yad uktaṃ tad api bhavatā śrutam eva | bhavataḥ svamataṃ ca bahuśaḥ prakāśitam || sarvam etad atikramya śrutvā paramataṃ bhavān | yat prāptakālaṃ manyethās tat kuryāḥ puruṣottama ||

“噢,英雄!同样,阿周那所言你已尽闻;你自己的主张也已多次宣示。然而,噢,人中至上者!当把这一切暂置一旁,细听敌对一方之立场,然后依时而行——做你所认定当下合乎达摩的正当之事。”
