कुर्वन् रथान् विपुरुषान् विसारथिहयध्वजान् । आरुज न् पुरुषव्याप्रो रथिन: सादिनस्तथा
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca |
kurvan rathān vipuruṣān visārathihayadhvajān |
ārujan puruṣavyāpro rathinaḥ sādinastathā, sañjaya |
持国王说道：“善哉，三阇耶！那强悍的毗摩在战中奋力厮杀，必使战车尽成空车——失去战士、御者、战马与旗幡——并将车战者与骑兵的肢体与战力尽皆摧折。正如恒河水势暴涨，漫过水泽之地，连根拔起并毁灭岸边种种树木；毗摩踏入战场，也将如此覆灭我诸子之军。”
