भीष्म-द्रोणादिभिः पाण्डवसेनाक्षयकाल-निर्णयः | Time-estimates for the depletion of the Pāṇḍava forces

तत्र ते पृथिवीपाला यथोत्साहं यथाबलम् | विविशु: शिबिराण्यत्र द्रव्यवन्ति सहस्रश:
tatra te pṛthivīpālā yathotsāhaṃ yathābalam | viviśuḥ śibirāṇy atra dravyavanti sahasraśaḥ ||
在那里，那些诸王各随其志气与兵力，进入并驻扎于营寨之中——营帐以千计——皆备有必需而珍贵的军需物资，时刻整装待战。此景昭示：世间权势凭借资源与备战而自我组织；而迫近的冲突亦提出疑问——如此动员，是否合乎达摩（正法）？
