Ulūka’s Provocation and Keśava’s Counter-Message (उलूकदूत्ये केशवप्रत्युत्तरम्)
ततः प्राज्ञतम: कश्चिड्डिण्डिको नाम मूषिक: । अब्रवीद् वचनं राजन् मूषिकाणां महागणम्
tataḥ prājñatamaḥ kaścid ḍiṇḍiko nāma mūṣikaḥ | abravīd vacanaṃ rājan mūṣikāṇāṃ mahāgaṇam |
三阇耶说道：其时鼠中有一名为“丁迪迦”(Ḍiṇḍika)者，为众鼠之最智。它对那浩大的鼠群开口说道：“大王啊……”此偈铺陈献策之机：共同体中自会生出审慎的领袖，而智者将引导众人走向更安全、更协调的道路。
