प्राच्यै: प्रतीच्यैरथ दाक्षिणात्यै- रुदीच्यकाम्बोजशकै: खशैश्न । शाल्वै: समत्स्यै: कुरुमध्यदेश्यै- म्लेच्छै: पुलिन्दैर्द्रविडान्ध्रकाउचयै:
sañjaya uvāca |
prācyaiḥ pratīcyair atha dākṣiṇātyair
udīcyakāmbojaśakaiḥ khaśaiś ca |
śālvaiḥ samatsyaiḥ kurumadhyadeśyaiḥ
mlecchaiḥ pulindair draviḍāndhrakāñcyaiḥ ||
三阇耶说道：“俱卢族（考罗婆）的军阵四面皆有守护——东、西、南、北诸王；迦摩波阇、释迦与佉沙诸族；娑罗婆与摩蹉同列；俱卢与中土（摩陀耶提沙）诸勇士；又有边地之民如弥勒叉、普林陀，以及达罗毗荼、安陀罗与建支之人。如此守护，正如天界为诸神所护；那支军队难以攻破，结阵严整如天军，不可轻视。”
