Karna–Krishna Dialogue: Omens and Dream-Signs
tathā rājño vadeḥ sarvān ye yuddhāyābhyupāgatāḥ | yad vo manīṣitaṃ tad vai sarvaṃ sampādayāmy aham ||

The verse highlights the political-ethical posture of a leader (or envoy) who promises to fulfil the intentions of allied rulers. It underscores how resolve (manīṣita) and commitment to execute (sampādayāmi) function as tools of statecraft—especially in the charged context of impending war.
Sañjaya reports instructions to convey a message: the king should speak to all the assembled rulers who have come with the purpose of war, assuring them that whatever they desire or have planned will be carried out. It reflects the mobilization and consolidation of support on the eve of conflict.
