Nahuṣa Abhiṣeka and the Crisis of Restraint (नहुषाभिषेकः—दमभ्रंशः)

धर्मात्मा सततं भूत्वा कामात्मा समपद्यत | धर्मको आगे रखकर उस समय राजा नहुष सम्पूर्ण लोकोंके अधिपति हो गये। वे परम दुर्लभ वर पाकर स्वर्गके राज्यको हस्तगत करके निरन्तर धर्मपरायण रहते हुए भी कामभोगमें आसक्त हो गये

dharmātmā satataṁ bhūtvā kāmātmā samapadyata |

沙利耶说道:他虽似乎恒常奉持达摩,却终究堕入由欲望驱使的境地。将达摩置于前列,纳胡沙王成为诸世界之主;然而在获得极其罕有的恩赐、夺取天界主权之后,他反而沉溺于感官享乐——显明权势与特权足以腐蚀即便看似坚守正法之人。
