Nahuṣa Abhiṣeka and the Crisis of Restraint (नहुषाभिषेकः—दमभ्रंशः)
इस प्रकार श्रीमह्माभारत उद्योगपर्वके अन्तर्गत सेनोट्रोगपर्वमें वृत्रवधके प्रसंगमें इन्द्रविजयविषयक दसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ,धर्म पुरस्कृत्य तदा सर्वलोकाधिपो5भवत् | सुदुर्लभं वरं लब्ध्वा प्राप्य राज्यं त्रिविष्टपे
dharmaṁ puraskṛtya tadā sarvalokādhipo 'bhavat | sudurlabhaṁ varaṁ labdhvā prāpya rājyaṁ triviṣṭape ||
于是,他以达摩为先,成为诸世界的主宰。既得极难得之恩赐,便在三十三天(Triviṣṭapa,天界)获得王权。
शल्य उवाच
The verse presents dharma as the decisive priority for legitimate sovereignty: when righteousness is placed foremost, authority and prosperity are portrayed as rightful outcomes, even extending to heavenly kingship.
In the context of Indra’s victory (linked with the Vṛtra episode), the verse summarizes the result: by upholding dharma, the victor becomes lord of the worlds and attains a rare divine boon culminating in kingship in heaven (Triviṣṭapa).
