कटके कुण्डले चैव ब्रह्मुसूत्रं तथा परम्
kaṭake kuṇḍale caiva brahmasūtraṃ tathā param | kaḍe kuṇḍala yajñopavīta vicitra-vastraṃ viśeṣataḥ gandham arpitvā vācakasya devatā-samāṃ pūjāṃ kuryāt | evaṃ-kārī śrotā bhagavato viṣṇoḥ loke gacchati ||
毗舍波耶那说道：“以臂钏与耳环相献，又献圣线（yajñopavīta），并以诸般饰物、华美斑斓之衣，尤以芬芳之物，礼敬诵者，如同供奉神明。能如此行持的听者，将得至毗湿奴之界。”
