नैतान्येकेन शक््यानि सातत्येनानुवीक्षितुम् | तेषु सर्व प्रतिष्ठाप्य राजा भुड्धक्ते चिरं महीम्
naitāny ekena śakyāni sātatyenānuvīkṣitum | teṣu sarva-pratiṣṭhāpya rājā buddhaktyā ciraṁ mahīm ||
瓦摩提婆说道：“一人不可能恒常监察这一切事务。故当为各项事务设立称职之官，并以明断施行，君王便能长久统御并享有此大地。”
