राजधर्मः—प्रमादवर्जनं, दण्डनीतिः, दुर्बलरक्षणम्

दुर्बलांस्तात बृध्येथा नित्यमेवाविमानितान् । मा त्वां दुर्बलचक्षूंषि प्रदहेयु: सबान्धवम्
durbalāṁs tāta bṛdhyethā nityam evāvimānitān | mā tvāṁ durbalacakṣūṁṣi pradheyur sabāndhavam, tāta ||
优陀提耶说道：“孩子啊，务必常以体恤之心对待弱者，切莫把他们当作可供轻蔑之人。要时时警醒，免得受压迫、无力者的目光将你——连同你的亲族——焚成灰烬。”
