तेषां वृत्ति परिणयेत् कक्रिद् राष्ट्रेषु तच्चर: । जिघांसव: पापकामा: परस्वादायिन: शठा:
teṣāṁ vṛttiṁ pariṇayet kakrid rāṣṭreṣu taccaraḥ | jighāṁsavaḥ pāpakāmāḥ parasvādāyinaḥ śaṭhāḥ ||
毗湿摩说道：“当遣密探游行诸国，察其生计与行状——凡嗜杀者、贪求罪业者、以夺人之物为生者、以及奸诈狡黠者，皆令探知。”
