Mantri-Parīkṣā — Testing Ministers, Securing Counsel, and Ethical Criteria for Advisers (अध्याय ८४)

सम्बन्धिपुरुषैराप्तैरभिजातै: स्वदेशजै: । अहार्यरव्यभीचारै: सर्वश: सुपरीक्षितै:

sambandhipuruṣair āptair abhijātaiḥ svadeśajaiḥ | ahāryair avyabhicāraiḥ sarvaśaḥ suparīkṣitaiḥ ||

毗湿摩说:应当倚重那些与己有亲缘关系、可信而亲近、出身与品行良好、且为本国之人者——他们不为贿赂所动,不被引诱离心,忠贞不移,并已在各方面经受周密考验。
