Chapter 81: Trust, Allies, and the Qualifications of the King’s Artha-Secretary (अर्थसचिव)
इन्हें इनकी योग्यताके अनुरूप कर्मोमें पूरा अधिकार देकर लगा दिया जाय तो ये बड़े- बड़े कार्योंके साधनमें तत्पर हो राजाके लिये कल्याणकी वृद्धि कर सकते हैं ।।
ete karmāṇi kurvanti spardhamānā mithas sadā | anutiṣṭhanti caivārtham ācakṣāṇāḥ parasparam ||
毗湿摩说道：“这些人若依各自才干授以相应之职，并在其职事中赋予全权，便能成为成就大业的奋发之器，从而增益国王之福祉。因为他们常以相互竞进而办事，又彼此商议、互相参酌以奉行王之目的——共同筹度如何在财用与政略之事上最善地取得成功。”
