विशालान्‌ राजमार्गाश्न कारयीत नराधिप: । प्रपाश्न विपणांश्नैव यथोद्देशं समाविशेत्‌

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | viśālān rājamārgān kārayīta narādhipaḥ | prapāś ca vipanāś caiva yathoddeśaṃ samāviśet |

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“大王啊，当修筑宽阔的王道大道；并应依各地所需，设立公共供水之所与市集，使百姓行旅、贸易与日常生计皆得妥善扶持。”
