Daṇḍanīti and the King as the Cause of Yuga-Order (दण्डनीतिः राजधर्मश्च युगकारणत्वम्)
विधानाक्रम्य मित्राणि विधानमुपकल्पयेत् । सामभेदान् विरोधार्थ विधानमुपकल्पयेत्
vidhānākramya mitrāṇi vidhānam upakalpayet | sāmabhedān virodhārtha vidhānam upakalpayet |
毗湿摩说道：“先依靠可信之友的扶持与谋议，妥善布置自身防护；继而审度时势所需，采取相称之策——或和解（萨摩），或离间分化（贝达），或在必要时公开交战——使既定之目的得以成就。”
