राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
न संवत्सरसत्राणि तिष्ठेयुरकुतो भया: । विधिवद् दक्षिणावन्ति यदि राजा न पालयेत्,यदि राजा पालन न करे तो उनमें विधिपूर्वक दक्षिणाओंसे युक्त वार्षिक यज्ञ बेखटके न चल सकें
na saṁvatsara-satrāṇi tiṣṭheyuḥ akuto-bhayāḥ | vidhivad dakṣiṇāvanti yadi rājā na pālayet ||
若国王不加护佑、不维持纲纪，则那历时一年的祭祀会（萨特拉），纵然依仪轨而行，并备有应当奉与祭司的供施（达克希那），也不能在无惧中继续。此教诲表明：仪式的兴盛与公共宗教生活，系于正义之王权——唯其能保障安宁与稳定。
