स्थापनं चाकरोद् विष्णु: स्वयमेव सनातन: । नातिवर्तिष्यते कश्चिद् राज॑स्त्वामिति भारत
sthāpanaṃ cākarod viṣṇuḥ svayam eva sanātanaḥ | nātivartiṣyate kaścid rājās tvām iti bhārata ||
毗湿摩说道：“永恒的毗湿奴（Viṣṇu）亲自立下此制：‘噢，国王，噢，婆罗多（Bhārata）啊，无人能够逾越你的命令。’”此偈强调：当王权与法（dharma）相契时，它并非个人之力而已，而是以神圣为根基的界限，用以安定秩序、杜绝僭越。
