प्रत्यक्षा च परोक्षा च वृत्तिश्चास्य भवेत् समा | एवं कुर्वन् नरेन्द्रोडपि न खेदमिह विन्दति
pratyakṣā ca parokṣā ca vṛttiś cāsya bhavet samā | evaṁ kurvan narendro ’pi na khedam iha vindati ||
毗湿摩说道：“无论是亲见之事，还是仅由间接所知之事，国王对他们都应保持同样的公正与平衡。如此行事的君主，在此世不致遭祸受苦。”
