वरिष्ठ उग्रसेनानी: सत्यो वाजसनिर्गुह: । अच्युतश्न्यावनो<रीणां संस्कृतो विकृतिर्वष:

variṣṭha ugra-senānīḥ satyo vāja-sannirguhaḥ | acyuta-śnyāvano 'rīṇāṃ saṃskṛto vikṛtir vṛṣaḥ ||

毗湿摩波耶那说:“你为最上——凶猛的军旅统帅;你即是真理本身,亦是赐予资生之粮者。你亦是迦尔蒂凯耶(Kārttikeya)之主。临阵不动,你使敌军退却。无论是经由仪轨净化的‘再生者’(二次生),还是未受净化的杂生之族,皆为你之显现。你是达摩之雄牛,降下满足诸愿之甘霖。”

Educational Q&A

The verse presents a theological-ethical vision in which the divine encompasses opposites: truth and power, nourishment and warfare, refined social-religious order and its deviations. It frames Dharma as a divine principle that sustains society and also governs righteous force in conflict.

Vaiśampāyana continues a eulogistic description of the supreme being addressed as Acyuta, attributing to him multiple cosmic and martial identities (including Kārttikeya) and asserting that all social types—both saṃskṛta (ritually refined) and vikṛta (unrefined/mixed)—are included within his manifestation.
