प्रियार्थमपि चैतेषां ब्राह्मणानां महात्मनाम्‌ । नियोगादस्य च गुरोव्यासस्यथामिततेजस:

Transliteration

priyārtham api caiteṣāṁ brāhmaṇānāṁ mahātmanām | niyogād asya ca guro vyāsasyāmita-tejasaḥ ||

Translation

即便只是为了取悦这些大心的婆罗门，你也应允从他们的请求。并且，遵奉你那光辉无量的师长毗耶娑之命，当以能使我们这些至交与德劳帕蒂欢悦的方式行事，并将自身投入于增进天下福祉之业。
