Shloka 13
ते तेन समनुज्ञाता ब्राह्मणेन भुजड़मा: । स्वमेव भवन जग्मुरकृतार्था नरर्षभ,नरश्रेष्ठ! उस ब्राह्मणके इस प्रकार आदेश देनेपर वे नाग अपने प्रयत्नमें असफल हो घरको ही लौट गये
te tena samanujñātā brāhmaṇena bhujagāḥ | svam eva bhavanaṁ jagmur akṛtārthā nararṣabha ||
于是，那些蛇众得了那位婆罗门的许可，便离去而返归自家住处；其所图之事既已失败。噫，世间最胜之人啊！他们归去而未成来时之志——此中暗示：纵有大力者，若正直之人不予允诺，亦必受制；而无有达摩之认可的欲求，终将归于徒然与懊恼。
