ततः स विप्र: कृतकर्मनिश्चय: कृताभ्यनुज्ञ: स्वजनेन धर्मकृत्‌ । यथोपदिष्टं भुजगेन्द्रसंश्रयं जगाम काले सुकृतैकनिश्चय:

Transliteration

tataḥ sa vipraḥ kṛtakarmaniscayaḥ kṛtābhyanujñaḥ svajanena dharmakṛt | yathopadiṣṭaṃ bhujagendrasaṃśrayaṃ jagāma kāle sukṛtaikaniscayaḥ ||

Translation

于是那位婆罗门——既已坚决立誓要完成自己所当行之法事，又得到了族人的允可——便依照来客所指示的那样，在适当之时启程，前往蛇族之主的居处。其心坚定，专注于成就功德之业，循法而行。
