Nāgendra–Brāhmaṇa Saṃvāda: Praśna-vidhi and Dharmic Approach on the Gomatī Riverbank
जग्राह वेदानखिलान् रसातल गतान् हरि: । प्रादाच्च ब्रह्मणे भूयस्ततः स्वां प्रकृतिं गत:
Vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca | jagrāha vedān akhilān rasātala-gatān hariḥ | prādāc ca brahmaṇe bhūyas tataḥ svāṃ prakṛtiṃ gataḥ |
毗湿摩波耶那说道:哈利取回了坠入罗萨塔拉的一切《吠陀》,又将其再度交付梵天,随后复归自身本来的真性。
वैशग्पायन उवाच
Sacred knowledge (the Vedas) is foundational to dharma and cosmic stability; when it is lost or obscured, divine power restores it. The verse highlights responsibility toward preserving learning and the assurance that order is ultimately re-established.
Hari retrieves the complete Vedas from Rasātala, returns them to Brahmā (the cosmic creator and custodian of Vedic transmission), and then withdraws back into his original form/state after completing the task.
