Atithi-satkāra and the Consolation of Wise Counsel (अतिथिसत्कारः प्रज्ञानवचनस्य च पराश्वासनम्)
वसुधा संचकम्पे च नभश्न विचचाल ह । निष्प्रभाणि च तेजांसि ब्रह्मा चैवासनच्युत:
vasudhā sañcakampe ca nabhaś na vicacāla ha | niṣprabhāṇi ca tejāṃsi brahmā caivāsanacyutaḥ ||
阿周那说道:“大地开始震动,连苍穹也仿佛摇晃。诸般光明与炽盛威能尽失其辉,连梵天自身也似乎从宝座上被震撼。”
अर्जुन उवाच
The verse conveys that when events of great dharmic weight unfold, their significance is mirrored in cosmic disturbances—an ethical reminder that actions and turning points are not merely personal or political, but resonate with the moral order of the world.
Arjuna reports extraordinary portents: the earth quakes, the sky seems unsteady, radiances dim, and even Brahmā appears disturbed—signaling a moment of immense consequence and a disruption felt across the cosmos.
