प्राप्य श्वेतं महाद्वीपं तच्चित्तास्तदूदिदृक्षव: । ततोअस्मद्दृष्टिविषयस्तदा प्रतिहतो5भवत्‌

Transliteration

prāpya śvetaṁ mahādvīpaṁ taccittās tad-udidṛkṣavaḥ | tato 'smad-dṛṣṭi-viṣayas tadā pratihato 'bhavat ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“抵达名为白洲（Śveta）的大岛后，我们的心神尽皆沉入主宰之中，渴望瞻见祂的愿望愈发炽烈。然而就在那一刻，我们视野所及被遏止——目力被阻，不能再见。”
