Jarā-Mṛtyu-anatikrama: Janaka–Pañcaśikha-saṃvāda
Aging and Death Cannot Be Overstepped
क्षरो भवत्येष यदा तदा गुणवतीमथ । प्रकृतिं त्वभिजानाति निर्गुणत्वं तथा55त्मन:
kṣaro bhavaty eṣa yadā tadā guṇavatīm atha | prakṛtiṁ tv abhijānāti nirguṇatvaṁ tathātmanaḥ ||
婆悉吒说道：“当此人变为‘可坏’——亦即融入至上我（最高自性）之时——他便分明了知：原质（Prakṛti）具足诸德（guṇa），而自身之真我确然超越诸德。此教旨指向德行之明：解脱不在否定世间之相，而在洞见诸德属于原质，内在真我则始终不为所染。”
