यत: सर्वा: प्रवर्तन्ते सर्गप्रलयविक्रिया: । यच्च शंसन्ति शास्त्रेषु वदन्ति परमर्षय:,संसारकी सृष्टि और प्रलयरूप सारे विकार उसीसे सम्भव होते हैं। महर्षि अपने शास्त्रोंमें उसीकी प्रशंसा करते हैं
yataḥ sarvāḥ pravartante sarga-pralaya-vikriyāḥ | yac ca śaṃsanti śāstreṣu vadanti paramarṣayaḥ ||
毗湿摩说道：一切以生成为相、以坏灭为相的变异，皆由祂而起。经典所赞颂者是祂，至高的先见者所宣说者亦是祂——引导听者指向轮回（saṃsāra）变转背后的至上本源。
