Saṃhāra-krama (The Sequence of Cosmic Dissolution) — Yājñavalkya’s Discourse
विपन्ना धारणास्तात नयन्ति न शुभां गतिम् । नेतृहीना यथा नाव: पुरुषानर्णवे नूप
vipannā dhāraṇās tāta nayanti na śubhāṃ gatim | netṛhīnā yathā nāvaḥ puruṣān arṇave nṛpa ||
毗湿摩说道：“亲爱的孩子，若持念定摄（dhāraṇā）之修行败坏或未臻圆满，便不能引人趋向吉祥的归宿。正如无舵无舵手之舟不能载人渡海；同样，若dhāraṇā之行未能如法建立，便不能导向善道与更高成就。”
