Determination of the Means to Liberation
इुमत्सेन उवाच अथ चेदवधो धर्मो5धर्म: को जातु चिद् भवेत् | दस्यवश्नेन्न हन्येरन् सत्यवन् संकरो भवेत्
dyumatsena uvāca | atha ced avadho dharmo 'dharmaḥ ko jātu cid bhavet | dasyavaś cen na hanyeran satyavan saṅkaro bhavet ||
丢摩多仙说道：“萨底耶梵啊！若连有罪之人也不杀都可称为‘法’，那么‘非法’又当为何物？因为若盗贼与强徒不受惩治、不被诛除，民间便会生出社会混乱，伦理秩序亦将杂乱崩坏。”
