मोक्षोपाय-निर्णयः
Determination of the Means to Liberation
दस्यून् निहन्ति वै राजा भूयसो वाप्यनागस: । भार्या माता पिता पुत्रो हन्यन्ते पुरुषेण ते । परेणापकृतो राजा तस्मात् सम्यक् प्रधारयेत्
dasyūn nihanti vai rājā bhūyaso vāpy anāgasaḥ | bhāryā mātā pitā putro hanyante puruṣeṇa te | pareṇāpakṛto rājā tasmāt samyak pradhārayet ||
丢摩蹉那说道：“君王固然可以诛杀盗贼——甚至也可能杀及许多无辜之人。一个人若如此被杀，他的妻、母、父与子也仿佛同遭杀戮，因为他们的生计被一刀斩断。故而，即便被他人冒犯或加害，君王亦当正思审度，谨慎行事，不可仓促施以死刑。”
