ऑपनआक्रात बछ। 2 षट्चत्वारिशंर्दाधिकद्विशततमो< ध्याय: परमात्माकी श्रेष्ठता

vyāsa uvāca | prakṛtyāstu vikārā ye kṣetrajñastair adhiṣṭhitaḥ | na cainaṃ te prajānanti sa tu jānāti tān api ||

毗耶娑说:由自性(Prakṛti)所生的一切变异,皆为“田知者”(Kṣetrajña)——有觉知之我——所主宰。然而这些变异并不识彼;彼却尽知其一切。故此教示宣明自我超越自然之迁变诸态,并劝人明辨:莫将可变者误作真实的知者。

Nature’s changing products (prakṛti-vikāras) operate under the presence of the conscious Self (kṣetrajña). The mutable cannot ‘know’ the knower; consciousness illumines and knows all states, while remaining distinct from them.
