महाभूत–इन्द्रिय–मनस्–बुद्धि–अन्तरात्मा विवेकः | Discrimination of Elements, Senses, Mind, Intellect, and Inner Self

त्रींश्वैवाग्नीन्‌ यजेत्‌ सम्यगात्मन्येवात्ममोक्षणात्‌ | प्राणेभ्यो यजुष: पञ्च षट्‌ प्राश्नीयादकुत्सयम्‌

trīṁś caivāgnīn yajet samyag ātmany evātma-mokṣaṇāt | prāṇebhyo yajuṣaḥ pañca ṣaṭ prāśnīyād akutsayam ||

毗耶娑说:“为求自我解脱,当于自身之内如法安立三圣火,在内而行供养。诵念《夜柔吠陀》中献给诸生命气息的仪轨真言时,先取五或六口为供献;随后不轻贱余食,默然而食。如此,以戒律维持内在之祭——‘气息火供’(prāṇa-agnihotra)——直至此身崩落。”
