नार्थे धने वा कामे वा भूतपूर्वोडस्य विग्रह: । दोषाश्नास्य समुच्छिन्नास्तस्मात् सर्वत्र पूजित:
na arthe dhane vā kāme vā bhūtapūrvo ’sya vigrahaḥ | doṣāś cāsya samucchinnās tasmāt sarvatra pūjitaḥ ||
风神伐由说道:“无论为利、为财、为欲乐,从未有人听闻那罗陀与任何人争讼。诸过皆已从他身上断除,因此处处受人敬奉。”
वायुदेव उवाच
True honor arises from inner purity: one who does not quarrel for profit, wealth, or pleasure, and who has uprooted faults, becomes worthy of respect everywhere.
In Śānti Parva, Vāyu speaks in praise of Nārada’s character, emphasizing that Nārada is free from contentiousness and moral defects, which explains his universal reverence.
