आहारनियमं चैव देशे काले च सात्विकम् । तत् परीक्ष्यानुवर्तेत तत्प्रवृत्त्यनुपूर्वकम्
āhāra-niyamaṃ caiva deśe kāle ca sāttvikam | tat parīkṣyānuvarteta tat-pravṛtty-anupūrvakam ||
毗湿摩说道:“当立饮食之戒,使其具萨埵之清净,并随地域与时令而相宜。审察此饮食——其利与其弊——然后循序渐进而奉行,只取能资助修行与成就之物。”
भीष्म उवाच
