Ajagara-vrata (The ‘Python’ Discipline): Prahrāda Questions a Wandering Sage
तस्य नित्यं सदा5<षाढ्यां माघ्यां च बहवो द्विजा: । ईप्सितं भोजनवरं लभन्ते सत्कृतं सदा,उसके यहाँ आषाढ़ और माघकी पूर्णिमाको सदा बहुत-से ब्राह्मण सत्कारपूर्वक अपनी इच्छाके अनुसार उत्तम भोजन पाते थे
tasya nityaṁ sadā āṣāḍhyāṁ māghyāṁ ca bahavo dvijāḥ | īpsitaṁ bhojana-varaṁ labhante satkṛtaṁ sadā ||
毗湿摩说道：在他家中，于阿沙荼（Āṣāḍha）与摩伽（Māgha）两月的月圆之日，许多婆罗门常常前来，总能在恭敬的款待中，按各自所愿得到上等饮食。此段彰显恒常布施的伦理理想——择时而施、以敬而施、施于应受者，将财富化为践行达摩（dharma）的生活之道。
