ततस्तीक्ष्णाग्रदशनो मणिवैदूर्यलोचन: । मूषिकं मन्दमुद्वीक्ष्य मार्जारो लोमशोडब्रवीत्
tatas tīkṣṇāgradāśano maṇivaidūryalocanaḥ | mūṣikaṃ mandam udvīkṣya mārjāro lomaśo 'bravīt ||
毗湿摩说：随后，那只名为罗摩沙（Lomaśa）的猫——门齿锋利如刃，双目莹然如毗琉璃（vaidūrya）宝石——缓缓而审慎地瞥向老鼠，开口说道。
