Sandhi–Vigraha in Āpada: The Mouse and the Cat (सन्धिविग्रहापदि—मूषकमार्जारसंवादः)

इदं कायव्यचरितं यो नित्यमनुचिन्तयेत्‌ । नारण्येभ्यो हि भूतेभ्यो भयं प्राप्रोति किंचन,जो प्रतिदिन कायव्यके इस चरित्रका चिन्तन करता है, उसे वनवासी प्राणियोंसे किंचिन्मात्र भी भय नहीं प्राप्त होता

idaṃ kāyavyacaritaṃ yo nityam anucintayet | nāraṇyebhyo hi bhūtebhyo bhayaṃ prāpnoti kiṃcana ||

毗湿摩说道:“凡恒常思惟此一《迦耶毗耶》(Kāyavya) 行持之记者,纵在林野,也不致因林栖诸生而生丝毫恐惧。其旨在于:长久忆念典范之戒律与正行,能使心志坚定,消除忧惧,即便身处荒林险境亦然。”
