毗湿摩说道:“真正握有大地之主权的国王,是那位麾下武士在战阵中已证其勇,心怀感恩而忠诚,精于兵刃之用,立足于达摩之教,并有训练有素、支援完备的步兵环卫者。”
भीष्म उवाच
Legitimate and stable rule depends on an army that is both competent in warfare and guided by dharma: bravery and technical skill must be joined with gratitude/loyalty and ethical understanding.
