प्रमाणं सर्वभूतेषु गत्वा च ग्रहणं महत् । ततः सुह्ृद्बलं लब्ध्वा मन्त्रयित्वा सुमन्त्रिभि:
pramāṇaṃ sarvabhūteṣu gatvā ca grahaṇaṃ mahat | tataḥ suhṛdbalaṃ labdhvā mantrayitvā sumantribhiḥ ||
毗湿摩说道：“当你往来于众生之间，树立信誉与地位，并获得强大的依凭之后；继而，在得了忠诚善友之力时，当与上乘谋臣共议大计。”
