三阇耶说:说罢,英勇的罗希涅耶登上战车,向堕罗迦进发;其身形巍然,如白云之峰,言毕而去,志意决然。

The verse underscores purposeful action after speech: once counsel or a declaration is made, a person of prowess acts decisively. The imagery of a white-cloud peak highlights steadiness and eminence—suggesting that strength is joined to composure and clarity in carrying out one’s chosen course.
Sañjaya narrates that Rauhiṇeya (Balarāma), after finishing his statement, mounts his chariot and departs toward the city of Dvārakā. The description emphasizes his imposing, radiant appearance as he leaves.
