The verse highlights restoration through sacred practice and rightful return to order: even divine beings seek renewed purity/auspiciousness at a tīrtha (Prabhāsa) and then present themselves before the cosmic authority figure (Dakṣa), implying that radiance and merit should culminate in responsible alignment with dharmic governance.
All the gods go to Prabhāsa and attain abundant ‘prabhā’ (radiance/auspicious merit). Then, accompanied by Soma, they come again into the presence of Dakṣa Prajāpati, indicating a return to the divine assembly after achieving purification or resolution.
