उपपन्नं महाबाहो त्वयि कौरवनन्दन । पाकशासनदायादे वीर्यमाहवशोभिनि
upapannaṃ mahābāho tvayi kauravanandana | pākaśāsanadāyāde vīryam āhavśobhini, tvam īpsitaṃ pāṇḍaveya brūhi kiṃ karavāṇi te | yad vakṣyasi mahābāho tat kariṣyāmi putraka ||
毗舍摩波耶那说道：“噢，大臂者，俱卢族的骄子！你是帕迦娑娑那（因陀罗）的嗣裔，你那在战场上光辉夺目的勇力，与你完全相称。噢，般度之子，告诉我你所欲何事：我当为你做何等你所喜爱的效劳？无论你吩咐什么，噢，大臂者，我的孩子，我必定照办。”
